Also with the vital manufacturing support from our group company (Uma Industries), we are able to offer of Evaporative Condensers, Skid Mounted Refrigeration Units such as Ammonia Chillers, Condensing Units & other refrigeration Equipments and pressure vessels.
Inception of Refcon Engineering as a proprietary concern
The company became a Private Limited company and established a manufacturing unit in the name of “UMA Industries” (Refcon Group company) at Dhayari (Pune) for the fabrication of refrigeration equipment
Expanded the manufacturing facility of UMA Industries at Narhe Gaon (Pune) for manufacturing refrigeration equipment on a larger scale
Breakthrough for Refcon in the Industrial brewery market
Introduced highly energy efficient Evaporative condensers (under the brand name of UMA Industries) in the refrigeration market
Started a new manufacturing facility dedicated to Evaporative condensers and skid mounted low charge ammonia refrigeration units.
The facility is located 50 Km from Pune on Mumbai- Bangalore national highway.
Total sale of 500 Evaporative condensers achieved
Tied with GEA (Germany) for the packaging of screw compressors
