Incepted in the year 1987, Refcon Engineering Services has carved a niche in the domain by actively engaging in the Design, Supply & Installation of Refrigeration projects on turnkey basis. Also with the vital manufacturing support from our group company (Uma Industries), we are able to offer of Evaporative Condensers, Skid Mounted Refrigeration Units such as Ammonia Chillers, Condensing Units & other refrigeration Equipments and pressure vessels.
We offer most advanced and efficient Refrigeration Systems. The company has especially done outstanding work in Brewery, Food processing & cold storage Industry. We have also executed a number of Block Ice Plant Projects in Middle East through an export house. We believe in positive attitude along with flexibility to offer practical solutions necessary for successful & timely completion of any project. We are well known for complete reliability & excellent after sales service.
Especially in brewery sector we are the only company having successfully completed many Green field and brown field Projects with almost all leading brewing Companies in India.We strongly believe in educating our customer in interest of safe and energy efficient operation of the Refrigeration system. The Refcon was founded by Mr. Sharang Natu in 1987.Under the able leadership of our mentor Mr. Sharang G. Natu (Managing Director), our company has successfully executed a number of prestigious refrigeration projects covering almost all the application of Refrigeration. The company has grown under his dynamic leadership and now well known as a leading company in the field of Industrial Refrigeration.

Our mentor Mr. Sharang Natu a Mechanical Engineer, has more than 30 years of versatile experience of designing & execution of refrigeration projects. He has shouldered the responsibility as a President of Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) of Pune Chapter.
